Abstract
Apply It! By reading this article, the health and fitness professional will
- be able to understand how fitness watches and nutrition apps can influence self-monitoring and thereby, in turn, behavior change; and
- be able to recognize some of the emerging risks and associations between using fitness watches and nutrition apps and certain disordered behaviors.
